Can’t sign in, lost access to your email, username changes, or problems with Sign in with Apple.

Verification appeals

A lift or challenge submission was rejected and you think it was wrong. Appeal in the app first, then write to us with your submission details.

Purchases

An item you bought did not arrive or did not work. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, but tell us and we will investigate and help.

Harassment, cheating, faked submissions, or content that should not be on UNYIELD. Use the in-app report button for the fastest action, or email us.

Delete your account

You can delete your account and its data yourself: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, email us from your account address and we will action it within 30 days.

How to get a faster answer

Including these details in your first email usually saves a round trip:

The email address or username on your UNYIELD account.
Your device and iOS version, and the app version (Profile → Settings → About).
What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
A screenshot or screen recording, if it is something you can show.
For a submission or purchase problem, the date and the exercise or item involved.
